On Easter Monday 10 April 2023, WMCS ran a very successful Waterside Easter duck race, complete with egg hunt, Easter bonnet competition, face-painting, orienteering, and thanks to local Woodilee Bowling Club, corn bowling. The day raised over £2,100 while promoting the community hub project to families from the whole area.
